An Anchalik Parishad may, at a meeting specially convened for the purpose, by a resolution delegate to its President and Vice-Preside nt such of its powers, functions and duties as it may think fit, subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed, and may by a like resolution withdraw all or any of such powers, functions and duties.
