(1) The Commissioner or any other officer not below the rank of a Deputy Collector, authorised by the State Government in this behalf, may at any time— (a) call for and inspect any document which m be in the possession of a Zilta Parishad or an Anchalik Parishad; (b) require a Zilla Parishad or an Anchalik Pa/irked to furnish such information as he may think necessary; (c) inspect the office of •a Wks Parishad or an Anchalik Parishad or any institution maintained by or under the control of a Zilla Parishad or an Power of State Govern- ment officers to attend meetings. l.npaetion by the 001021:11iBr 'onor. Anchalik Parishad, and also inspect any records, registers or any other document maintained by such institution. (2) When an inspection is undertaken under clause (c) of sub-section (1) a report of such inspection shall be submitted to the State Government.
