Any officer of the State Government authorised by the State Government in this behalf, shall be entitled to attend meetings of the Zilla Parishad or the Anchalik Parishad, as the case may be, and of any Standing Committee thereof, for the purpose of furnishing facts, information, and technical advice but shall not be entitled to vote at any such meeting.
