Every license granted under section 5 shall be valid for the prescribed period, and may, on application and on payment of the fee prescribed for renewal, be, renewed from time to time by the Warehouse Authority provided that the requirements referred to in clauses (a) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 5 continue to be satisfied.
