(1) The Registrar shall maintain the register in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed and shall make from time to time such entries, corrections, alterations or modifications in the entries therein as may be necessary or as may be directed by the Council. (2) To enable the Registrar to fulfil the duties imposed upon him by sub-section (1), he may call for any informa- tion he may require from any registered veterinary practi- tioner. Act XLV of 1860.
