(1) If the vaccinator finds on inspection that the vaccination has been successful, he shall give a certificate of successful vaccination in the prescribed form. (2) If the vaccinator finds that the vaccination is unsuccessful, he shall direct the guardian of the child or the person to have a re-vaccination to be performed by the vaccinator and such re-vaccination shall be inspected and after inspection shall be dealt with as in respect of the previous occasion.
