- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Vaccination Short title, Act, 1973
- S. 2In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or Definitions
- S. 3Section 3 mandates guardians to vaccinate children under six months before they turn six months, and those above six months within a month of the Act's enforcement.
