The Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson, the members, and all the Officers and other employees including the Chief Executive Officers shall, while acting, or purporting to act, in pursuance of, or in exercise of any power conferred by or under, any provision of this Act or the rules made thereunder, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 45 of 1860.
