The Board may introduce any scheme for the Unorganised Sector Workers under section 9 with such conditions as may be incorporated in the scheme regarding the rate of contribution by the beneficiary, the mode and the manner of deposit, collection or contribution made by the beneficiary, forfeiture ofthe right ofthe beneficiary under such circumstances as may be incorporated in the scheme, deposit of the employers' contribution, if any, to the fund by the employer, maintenance of necessary forms and registers, for any scheme and nomination of the beneficiary.
