(1) There shall be as many Faculty Councils for post-graduate and undergraduate studies as there are courses of studies or faculties in the University as per the decision of the Governing Board. (v) the Librarian of the University and if the post of Librarian is vacant then the person acting as Librarian of the University; (vi) five teachers of the University, other than Professors and Associate Professors, to be nominated by the Chancellor.
