- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, Act, 2014

- S. 21(1) There shall be a Finance Committee with the Chancellor as the Chairman
- S. 22(1) The University may appoint such other officers as may be necessary for its functioning
