(1) At any time after the date on which the Development Plan for an area comes into operation, and at least once in every 10 years after that date, the concerned authority shall, after carrying out such fresh surveys as may be considered necessary, prepare and submit to the State Government a Development Plan for any alterations or additions considered necessary. (2) The provisions of sections 36, 37 and 38 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to such a Development Plan.
