(1) Every society shall maintain at its registered of mem- office, a register of its members and shall enter therein the berg. following particulars, namely:— • (a) the name and address of each member; (b) the date on which the member was admitted; (c) the date on which a member ceased to ,be such. Books of account sad audit. (2) If entries are not made within fifteen days of the admission of a member or cessation of membership, every officer in default shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty rupees for every day during which the contravention continues.
