Section 13

(1) Every society shall— (a) prominently display its name outside its office or the place where its business is carried on; (b) have a seal with its name engraved thereon; (c) have its name mentioned in all documents executed in its favour or on its behalf. (2) For any contravention of the provisions of sub- section (1), every officer in default shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty rupees. Register
