(1) There shall be a Dean for each and every Schools of Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies in the University who shall be appointed by the Chancellor on . recommendation of the Governing Board from amongst the existing teachers of the University. (2) Every Dean shall be the Vice-Chairman of the respective Schools of Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies and shall have such powers and functions as may be provided for by the Statutes. (3) The Dean of every Schools of Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies may be removed from his office for such reasons and in such manner as may be provided for by the Statutes.
