(1) The West Bengal Prohibition of Audio-Video Piracy Ordinance, 2013 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the West Bengal Prohibition of Audio-Video Piracy Ordinance, 2013 shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
