(1) There shall be a President and a Vice-President of the Board. (2) The President and the Vice-President shall be elected by the members of the Board from among themselves in such manner as may be prescribed and shall, subject to the provisions of section 10, hold office for a term of four years mentioned in section 7: President and Vice- President of the Board.
