The State Government may, by notification, remove the Removal. Chairman, Vice-Chairman or a member of a Primary School Council, if he— (a) refuses to act or becomes incapable of acting as Chairman, Vice-Chairman or member of the Primary School Council; Or (b) acts in a manner prejudicial to the interest of the Primary School Council; or (c) without obtaining the consent of the Primary School Council is absent from six consecutive meetings of the Primary School Council: Provided that before such removal the Chairman, the Vice- Chairman or the member concerned shall be given an opportunity of being heard.
