If at a meeting of the Primary School Council specially Removal convened for the purpose a resolution is passed against the Chairman or of the the Vice-Chairman by a majority of the then members of the Primary and die an School Council and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the Vic- members of the Primary School Council present and voting such Chairman. 399 The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973.
