An Anchal Panchaat may, at a meeting specially con-vened £or the purpose, by a resolution delegate to its Pradhan such duties or powers of the Anchal Panchayat as it thinks fit, subject to the approval of the prescribed authority, and may at any time by a resolution withdraw or modify the same : Provided that when any power delegated to a Pradhan is withdrawn or modifed, the Anchal Panchayat shall forth- with give intimation thereof to the prescribed authority.
