Geo. under section 88 of the Government of India Act, 1935, are, V, c. 2. by virtue of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of that section, temporary in their duration., AND WaillEAS it is expedient -to provide for' the tempo- rary enactment as in this Act mentioned of the provisions contained in those Ordinances;. It is hereby enacted as follows :-
