(I) The University shall constitute for the benefit Pension of its salaried officers (including the Vice-Chancellor), and Panvi- Teachers and other servants, in such manner and subject to dent funds. such conditions as may be prescribed, such pension, insurance or provident funds as it may deem fit. (2) Where a provident fund has been constituted by the University for the benefit of its officers, Teachers and other servants of the University, the provisions of the 19 of 1925. Provident Funds Act, 1925 shall apply to such fund as if the fund were a Government Provident Fund.
