(1) The Development Authority shall hold meeting at least once in every two months reckoned according to the English calendar unless it is necessary and expedient to hold meeting more than once during the said period of two months. (2) The meeting of the Development Authority shall be presided over by the Chairman. In the absence of the Chairman, the members present shall select one from amongst themselves to preside over the meeting. (3) One-third of the total number of members shall constitute a quorum for a meeting of the Development Authority. (4) Theprocedure for the conduct ofbusiness at the meeting ofthe Development Authority shall be such as the Development Authority may, by regulations, determine.
