(1) Any cost allowed by the civil court under clause (a) of section 92 shall be paid out of the Municipal Fund within such period as the State Government may fix in this behalf. (2) If the Corporation fails to pay such cost within the period fixed by the State Government under sub-section (1), the State Government may attach the Municipal Fund or any portion thereof, and the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 81 shall, with all necessary modifications, be deemed to apply in respect of such attachment.
