Where an amount is certified under sub-section (1) of section 90 to be due from any person, such amount, or where such person proceeds under section 92, such amount as the civil court or the State Government, as the case may be, may decide to be due from such person, shah be paid within three months from the date of serving of certificate under sub-section (2) of section 90 or, as the case may be, within such period, not less than three months from the date of such decision as the civil court or the State Government, as the case may be, may allow, and, in the case of default of payment, the amount shall be recoverable by the Corporation as an amount decreed by the civil court.
