(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules and the regulations made thereunder, the executive power of the Corporation shall be exercised by the Mayor- in-Council as may be delegated to it by the Corporation under sub-section (1) of section 47. (2) All executive actions of the Mayor-in-Council shall be expressed to be taken in the name of the Corporation. (3) All proceedings of the meetings of the Mayor-in-Council shall be placed in the next meeting of the Corporation for consideration.
