(1) No person shall use, or shall permit to be used, any premises for any of the purposes mentioned in Schedule IV without, or otherwise than in conformity with, a licence issued by the Commissioner in this behalf on such terms and conditions, including payment of fee, as may be determined by regulations. (2) The Corporation shall determine by regulations the scale of fee to be paid for the issue of a licence under sub-section (1) in respect of the premises used for any of the purposes as aforesaid: Provided that no such fee shall exceed five hundred rupees per month in respect of any premises.
