In section 115 of the principal Act,— (1) in sub-section (1), for the words "The Chairman", the words "The Executive Officer" shall be substituted; (2) to sub-section (1), the following proviso shall be added:— "Provided that any action taken under provision of this sub-section shall be laid as transaction of business in the immediate next meeting of Board of Councillors for approval after they are made."; in sub-section (3), for the words "The Chairman", the words "The Executive Officer" shall be substituted; (4) to sub-section (3), the following proviso shall be added:— "Provided that any action taken under provision of this sub-section shall be laid as transaction of business in the immediate next meeting of Board of Councillors for approval after they are made.".
