If the Chairman is unable to recover any sum due upon distraint, the Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction may, on the application of the Chairman, issue a warrant to any officer of the Court for the distress and sale of any movable property or effects belonging to the defaulter within any other part of the jurisdiction of the Judicial Magistrate or forward the warrant for the distress and sale of any movable property belonging to the defaulter within the jurisdiction of any other Judicial Magistrate exercising jurisdiction within West Bengal, and such other Judicial Magistrate shall endorse the warrant so issued, and cause it to be executed and the amount, if recovered, to be remitted to the Judicial Magistrate issuing the warrant who shall remit the same to the Chairman.
