(2) Nosuch pccson asaforesaid, andnomember okapolicc force, shall endcavour- (a) to persuade any pcrsqn to give his vote a1 an elecuon, or (b) 10 dissuadc any person from giving his votc at an clccdon, or (c) ro influence [he v o h g of any person at an cleclion in any manner.
