Where an Authority or the State Government disposes of a case or proceeding before the date appointed under section 6 and no appeal or application against the order of such disposal has been filed to the High Court or any other court, an appeal or application against such order shall lie to the Tribunal within sixty days from the date appointed under section 6: 228 The West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997.
