No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against— (a) the State Government or any officer of that Government, or (b) the Chairman or any Judicial Member or any Administrative Member, or any officer or other employee of the Tribunal, or any officer appointed to assist the Tribunal in the discharge of its functions under this Act, for anything which is in good faith or intended to be done under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder. Appearance before Tribunal in any proceeding. Chairman, Judicial Members, Administra- tive Members, officers and other employees, etc. of Tribunal to be deemed to be public servants. Protection of action taken in good faith.
