The Chairman, the Judicial Members and the Administrative Members, and the officers and other employees of the Tribunal including the officers, if any, appointed to assist the Tribunal in the discharge of its functions under this Act, shall be deemed to be public servants within the 45 of 1860. meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
