[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [ Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 15th March, 1950.] An Act to provide for the regulation, maintenance and increase of the production and supply of jute goods and for the regulation of the distribution thereof. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the regulation, maintenance and increase of the production and supply of jute goods and for the regulation of the distribution thereof; It is hereby enacted as follows : — West Ben. Ord. IX of 1949.
