- S. 4Section 4 empowers the Controller to regulate jute goods production, supply, and distribution by setting prices and production standards.
- S. 5Section 5 penalizes violations of Controller's orders under section 4 with up to three years imprisonment, fine, or both.
- S. 6Section 6 holds directors, managers, secretaries, or officers of companies or associations liable for violations unless they prove lack of knowledge or due diligence.
- S. 7Section 7 prohibits courts from investigating offenses under the Act without a written report from the Controller.
