in clause (i) of the proviso to section 68,— (a) for the words "Chief Judge of the Small Cause Court of Calcutta", the words "District Judge of Howrah_" shall be substituted; and (b) for the words "application to the Chief Judge", the words "application to the District Judge" shall be substituted;
