(1) A Gram Parishad shall allot for cultivation to each donor all the lands donated by him excluding the portion of the land contributed to the land pool. (2) A Gram Parishad may allot from the land pool land for cultivation to such landless persons residing in the gramdan village as it thinks fit. (.3) An allottee under sub-section (I) or sub-section (2) shall be liable to pay such rent and other charges to the Gram Parishad as may be fixed by it.
