(1) A Gram. Parishad shall constitute a land pool with not less than five per cent. of the total area of lands vested in it for the benefit of the landless persons residing in the gramdan village. (2) A portion of land donated by each donor shall be treated as his contribution to the land pool. (3) The Gram Parishad shall determine the extent of contribution of land by a donor to the land pool and in doing so shall have regard to the total area of the land. donated by him.
