If the Chief Executive is satisfied that an emergency has arisen and is of the opinion that the immediate execution of any work or the doing of any act, which ordinarily requires the approval of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha or the Executive Sabha, is necessary for the maintenance of services or the safety of the public or the prevention of extensive damage to any property of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration, he may direct that the expenses for such execution or doing shall be paid from the Fund: Meeting of the Executive Sabha.
