(1) In case in which the Chief Executive is required to take, in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder or of any other law for the time being in force, any action subject to the approval of the Executive Sabha, such Sabha may, subject to such conditions, if any, as it may specify authorize the Chief Executive in writing to take such action in anticipation of such approval. (2) Whenever the Chief Executive takes any action under sub-section (I) he shall inform the Executive Sabha forthwith.
