Every license granted under Chapter IV of this Act shall, as far as possible, be in the form in the Schedule to this Act. 37., (1) Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to apply to buildings or places where small quantitieS of any of the articles referred to in clause (1) of section 2 are deposited. (2) The State Government may from time to time declare by notification in the Official Gazette what quantities of the articles referred to in clause (1) of section 2 shall be deemed to be small quantities within the meaning of this section.
