Any person who smokes within a warehouse used for the pressing or screwing of jute or cotton if jute or cotton be then stored therein shall be punishable, on conviction before a Magistrate, with fine not exceeding twenty rupees for any one such offence. CHAPTER VI. MISCELLANEOUS.
