Any person who brings into a warehouse used for the pressing or screwing of jute or cotton if jute or cotton be then stored or used therein, any match-boxes, match- sticks or any artificial light not duly and thoroughly protect- ed, shall be punishable, on conviction before a Magistrate, with fine not exceeding twenty rupees for any such offence.
