(1) The Finance Officer shall, subject to the supervision, direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor and the Executive Council, be in charge of administration of the funds, the finances, and the properties and assets of the University and of all trusts and endowments. (2) The Finance Officer shall have special interest in the activities that aim at raising funds for the University and augmenting the resources of the University.
