(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Duty on Inter-State River Valley Authority Electricity Act, 1973. (2) It extends to the whole of West Bengal. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of February, 1958. Short title, extent and commence- ment.
