The contribution payable by the State Government Certain under each enactment specified in the first column of the contribu- First Schedule to this Act, or so much of such contribution bong to be as is specified in the corresponding entry in the third charged. column of the said Schedule, is hereby declared to be expenditure charged upon the Consolidated Fund of the State.
