(1) There shall be a Secretary of the Commission who shall be appointed by the State Government from amongst the persons holding a post not below the rank of the Deputy Secretary in the Administrative or Legal Service of the State Government. (2) The Secretary of the Commission shall be an ex officio Member and be designated as the Member Secretary of the Commission. He shall be in chage of the administration of the Commission and shall assist the Chairperson in carrying out the business and function of the Commission. (3) Other Officers and Employees of the Commission shall be appointed by the State Government in such manner as may be prescribed by the State Government.
