(1) Subject to the rules, the State Government may, by general or special order in this behalf, confer all or any of the powers, or impose all or any of the duties, or the Registrar under this Act. other than those specified in the First Schedule, on any person appointed under sub-section (1) of section 12 to assist the Registrar. (2) Subject to the rules, the State Government may, by general or special order in this behalf, confer all or any of the powers, or impose all or any of the duties, of the Director of Co-operative Audit under this Act, other than those specified in the Sixth Schedule, on any person appointed under sub-section (2) of section 12 to assist the Director of Co-operative Audit.
