(1) The State Government may appoint a person to be the Registrar of Co- operative Societies for West Bengal and such number of other persons to assist him as it may deem fit. (2) The State Government may appoint a person to be the Director of Co-operative Audit for West Bengal and such number of other persons to assist him as it may deem fit.
