A certificate of registration signed by the Registrar shall be issued to the society and shall be conclusive evidence that the co- operative society therein mentioned is a co-operative society duly registered under this Act and that its by-laws are as attached to the certificate, unless it is proved that the registration of the society has been cancelled or that the by-laws have been amended in accordance with section 17 or section 18.
